One of the fastest way to speed up projects is using standardize tools to ease complexity. Over the years, I've created many tools to ease Engineering, Production, Project Management

Highlights

• Created Engineering Calculation report Tools, speed up 3x-5x time compare to previous method and drastically reduce error.
• Created All Engineering submittal templates, some are being passed along within Disney's vendor.
• Created Project Management manpower tools for manager to predict manpower
• Created Scheduling tools to generate required Gantt Charts
